life so happening~  ok so hockey training had started.. tues day training was more like a physical training lah..it was so torturous that all of us nearly died.hahahaha:Dafter running 5 sets of 300m++ each set within 60 sec i couldnt feel my legs..they were like jelly.and you know what.our coach intend to ask us to run 10 sets of it eh..but after seeing our face he decided ok 5 sets will do..hahahaha:Dafter running continue with passing and then running again.though training was tough but it was fun.. then me and huiqin headed home and they went back chalet. then we had training the next day.all of us were in pain.the muscles are aching like hell..but didnt run much..had agility exercise then blind mice game.haha..damn fun..we played a prank on coach but it didnt really work out.. except the first part..hahaha:D then had lunch with coach..then sihui went for revision.. then we took coach car to delta..to watch the cjc guys and ij guys match.3-1... then went back sengkang for our friendly..the friendly were ok lah..not so bad.. then headed home to ath then chalet..ate pizza for dinner and watch hockey videos.. thought of staying over night in the end i went home..hahaha:D this post is damn long..hahaha.. |
