lab:D  did i mention about my lab session? hahaha..lab for these two days were fun.. it was kind of enjoyable..:D never thought that lab could be so fun.. because must wear covered shoes.. long pants..and then wear hair net.. and then no nail polish.. the lab coat is heavy when you need to bring to school..cos certain days we got chemical and food lab.. it sucks totally.. wad so fun abt bringing allthose thigns and following all those rules right? hahhaa..but my group mates were all so funny.. and we laughed the whole session.. hahaha..:D tuesday was food lab:D get to eat alot of stuff:D like green tea muffin with chocolate in the centre.. and the chocolate is liquid kind:D best sia:D then got cookies..:D soft soft kind:D then got jelly..red bean and soy bean:D super duper nice.. our group is tomato sauce:D its not that simple ok.. to be specific is tomato apple sauce:D new and exciting? hahha..we must make our tomato form scratch.. not buy the already proccessed kind.. and my classmate all say very nice:D hahaa..we bought pastat to try with it..:D they finish the whole thing:D.. then today we got another lab:D its catering tech.. learn alot of stuff today also:) this week is chinese cuisine.. i thought i wouldnt liek it.. but in the end i love it:D hahhaa.. and so it became our dinner:D fried rice..sweet and spicy fish.. corn soup and egg tart.. i liek the egg tart alot:Dwoohoo.. eat til very full:D hahaa.. last week was western..but the product didnt come out successful:( hahaha..:D the next lab will be pranakan:D our group doing curry chicken:D hahhaa..lucky nv take the steam rice.. if not it will be boring..:) tomorrow still lab:( hope can end early:D |
