training:)  just reached home. coach sent us back:) so long since i ate dinner with coach and the girls. talked a lot today. update what happen for the past four months. about the things that i did and i still cant get over it. so today training was okay. but i just cant breathe properly when i was doing the last physical of the day. SUCKS! i just use all my energy to take in whatever i can. my tighs are aching so badly. my legs were like jelly. but i still push on and finish the whole exercise. i know one day our hard work will pay off.:) last year already so i will CHIONG! HAHAHAHHA. FIGHT TOGETHER AS TP RAYS FOR THE LAST TIME! had exams in the morning. but i freaking forgot to bring pencil case. all i brought was hockey stuff. hahahha. not even in the mind of having exams. had wendy's for lunch. ate kid's meal. upload the photo soon. hahaha. :) fun eh. and i brought a new slipper. yellow havianas. i like. my favourite colour.:) ok i am tired now. eyes closing. fainting soon. bye! |
